| Port Geographe is an integrated residential and waterway development overlooking Geographe Bay just north of Busselton some two and a half hours drive from Perth. Comprising a mix of standard, oceanfront and canal front (some with private jetty facilities) home sites it is the largest residential development project in the fast developing Busselton region. A unique aspect of the project is that it faces north overlooking the sheltered waters of Geographe Bay and therefore is protected from south westerly winds that prevail in this part of Western Australia. Port Geographe comprises a total of 1200 residential home sites and other facilities including: - Over 1000 single residential home sites including oceanfront, canal front and standard lots.
- Medium density housing and waterfront apartment sites.
There are now two major land areas left to develop at Port Geographe. The first is the "Village Centre" precinct and the second the Future Canal Land located to the South of the present development. |
