| At the time the development was approved various environmental conditions were established to ensure the ongoing management of the coastal and wetland areas located near the Port Geographe development. The developers are obliged to comply with these undertakings and have worked closely with the DEP and CALM since the project commenced. Several studies and programs have been undertaken including - Bird Life Studies
